About the WORLD OF PATHFINDERS CRUMB.
About the WORLD OF PATHFINDERS CRUMB.
What is PathFINDERS CRUMB?
Pathfinder’s Crumb is a story-world about breaking bread, sharing light, and finding third ways when the road runs out.
Here you’ll find the Crossroads Cycle, side stories, art, music, and behind-the-scenes lore.
The Crossroads Era
The “core” story of Crumb, Liora, Ash, and the Valley of the Crossroads.
- Bread and shared tables
- Lanterns and light in dark places
- Third ways when every road looks wrong
- Ordinary people doing stubbornly kind things
- Communities wrestling with grief, faith, and change
Not Really, But before you tread on to other paths. I recommend that you at least start with the main story line.
Start with the Crossroads Era and Move From There.
You *can* jump around if you want—each book is a real story, not just a chapter.
But if you like emotional continuity and little callbacks, the list above is the path I recommend.
You will find more then enough in the "Fiction & Faith" Page.
Absolutely, yes. and reiterate “many beliefs, one table.”
No need to. It is available for free on this website. but for those that want a hard copy of books I am working on making that available to you in the future.
Right now, Pathfinder’s Crumb lives on the page. There are plans and prototypes for future real-world spaces, but for now this is where the story lives.
About the Author
Pathfinder’s Crumb started as a mix of three things I couldn’t shake: bakery counters, long walks through hard seasons, and the question, “What if there was a place where people actually talked about the roads they’re on?”
I’m Nicholas, a baker-in-training, theme-park dreamer, and kidney-transplant survivor from North Carolina. I write stories about crossroads, grief, faith, and stubborn hope because I’ve had to walk a few hard roads of my own.

The Pathling universe is my way of building a place where it’s normal to sit down, break bread, and admit that you don’t have everything figured out.
The bakery idea and these books all grow from the same root: many beliefs, one table, one lantern at a time.
If you’re curious how my faith fits into all of this, I talk about it more openly on the “Fiction & Faith” page.
