BAKERY FAQ

Our menu changes from week to week. We offer scratch-made pies, quiches, slices, and occasional seasonal or specialty bakes. Check the current week’s menu to see what’s available to order. 

Pre-orders close Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST each week, unless we sell out earlier. Ordering early is the best way to make sure you get what you want. 

Place your order through the Bakery Order page on our website. Choose what you’d like, submit your order information, and follow the payment options provided. Your order is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Pathfinder’s Crumb. 

Yes. Orders are prepared for Friday pickup or local delivery in Clinton, North Carolina, and the surrounding service area. Pickup and delivery details are provided with your order confirmation. 

Storage depends on the bake. Quiches, custard-based items, and other perishable products should be kept refrigerated. Some pies and baked goods may be stored differently. Check the label or the instructions provided with your order for the best storage method. In many cases, yes. We choose and develop many of our bakes with freezing and reheating in mind. For the best quality, wrap the item well, freeze it promptly, and follow any thawing or reheating instructions provided with that week’s bake. 

Ingredient and allergen information is provided for each bake. Our products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens—including wheat, milk, and eggs—are handled, and other allergens may also be present depending on the recipe.

Because of the possibility of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. If you have a food allergy, please review the ingredient information before ordering and contact us if you have questions about a particular bake.

Our bakery follows a rotating weekly menu, so the featured bake is generally set for that week rather than made to individual flavor requests. That said, we’re always happy to hear suggestions. A flavor you request today may find its way onto the menu somewhere down the road.
